Job Summary: Full Responsibility for daily operations outside the store.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Directing yard personnel to safely unload and load equipment

• Overseeing daily maintenance of yard equipment for use.
• Keeping grass and weeds maintained.
• Checking inventory reports against on yard items
• Uploading pictures and assigning stock tags to the correct items.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Working all day in outdoor conditions

• Using and operating equipment such as forklifts and loaders
• Great time management skills and personnel management skills
• Strong memory & number skills

Education and Experience:

high school diploma or GED Equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Working in the heat & cold
• Lifting of 40lbs or more
• Working in outdoor conditions
• Standing for long periods
